Career Key is an online tool that can be used for career management and employee development. Use it to try some planning of your own career. Visit the Career Key site ( http://www.careerkey.org ). Click first on Continue. Then, under "You," click on Take the Career Key. After you have completed the assessment, review your scores on the six dimensions.

2. On what three personality types do you receive the highest score?
3. Review the jobs listed under your three highest dimensions. Of these jobs, which are you most interested in?
4. Do any of these jobs match your college major, current job, or career interests?
