Demonstrate by definition and example your understanding of electric current and electromotive force. 2. Write and apply Ohm's law to the solution of problems involving electric resistance. 3. Compute power losses as a function of voltage, current, and resistance. 4. Define the resistivity of a material and solve problems similar to those in the text. 5. Define the temperature coefficient of resistance and calculate the change in resistance that occurs with a change in temperature.
