Supplements

Instructor’s Supplements:

Instructor’s CD-ROM (ISBN 0073041750) provides instructors with one resource for all supplements, including instructor’s manual with solutions, word files of the test bank, EZ Test computerized test bank, and PowerPoint presentation.

Instructors Manual, prepared by Tim Manuel (University of Montana) includes detailed chapter contents, additional examples, and complete solutions to end of chapter questions and problems.

Test bank, also prepared by Tim Manuel, includes 1000 problems for testing. McGraw-Hill’s EZ Test is a flexible and easy-to-use electronic testing program. The program allows instructors to create tests from book specific items. It accommodates a wide range of question types and instructors may add their own questions. Multiple versions of the test can be created and any test can be exported for use with course management systems such as WebCT, BlackBoard or PageOut. EZ Test Online is a new service and gives you a place to easily administer your EZ Test created exams and quizzes online. The program is available for Windows and Macintosh environments.

Solutions Manual, prepared by Marcia Cornett, provides worked out solutions to the end of chapter questions. Author involvement in the completion of this tool ensures consistency between the solution approaches presented in the text and those in the manual.

PowerPoint presentation, prepared by Joseph Ogden (SUNY—Buffalo) includes lecture notes, figures and tables that can be easily downloaded and edited.
