I sure need a break from studying. I’ve got a date with my road bike before the cold weather really sets in. It doesn’t matter to me if it rains. Check out the new biking gear I just bought. I have my Thinsulate-lined Gore-Tex jacket that will keep me dry. And if it gets cold? No problem. I have a C-Tech polyester microfiber jersey and new Porelle Drys socks to keep me warm. My Spandura tights are 18 times tougher than my older nylon/Lycra ones. And I can stash the rest of my gear in my lightweight nylon backpack with polyurethane padded straps for comfort. Like I said, I’m outta here. It will feel great to get away from the synthetic world and commune with Ma Nature for a change. Catch ya later.” |
