These test items are organized by the learning objectives for each chapter. This resource also includes answers, section references, and an indication of difficulty level.
• Computerized Testing Software—McGraw-Hill’s EZ Test is a flexible and easy-to-use electronic testing program. The program allows instructors to create tests from book-specific items. It accommodates a wide range of question types, and instructors may add their own questions. Multiple versions of the test can be created, and any test can be exported for use with course management systems such as WebCT, BlackBoard, or PageOut. EZ Test Online is a new service and gives you a place to easily administer your EZ Test–created exams and quizzes online. The program is available for Windows and Macintosh environments.
• The PowerPoint Presentation System, created by Ken Mark, Kansas City Kansas Community College, found on the Instructor’s CD-ROM and the Online Learning Center, offers more than 300 visual presentations that may be edited and manipulated to fit a particular course format. Personal Financial Planner comes free with each new copy of the text. Located at the end of the text, this valuable learning tool consists of 78 worksheets for creating and implementing a personal financial plan. Icons appear in each chapter indicating which worksheet relates to a particular topic. Videos There are a total of 19 video segments that are each 5–10 minutes long that correspond to the end-of chapter Video Case feature in the text (one for each chapter.) Also included are ten 30-minute videos that help to visually illustrate important personal finance concepts in potential real-life situations. Developed by Coastline Community College, these videos can be used with multiple chapters at any time during the course.
