Donna Ulmer, CPA, CITP (Certified Information Technology Professional), has provided computer software training to college students, faculty, businesses, and non-profit organizations. Donna is an Associate Professor of Accounting at Webster University in Saint Louis, Missouri.

Five times nominated to Who’s Who Among America’s Teachers, Dr. Ulmer earned her B.S. from Southern Illinois University at Edwardsville where she also earned an MBA with an emphasis in accounting and information systems. She obtained her Ph.D. from Saint Louis University where she conducted doctoral research on the effectiveness of instructional techniques for the computer classroom.

Donna is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Missouri Society of CPAs, American Accounting Association, Missouri Association of Accounting Educators, and American Association of University Women.
