What is your opportunity cost for attending college? First, estimate your annual college-related expenses, including tuition, books, and supplies, and room and board if applicable. Once you access this site, click on summary measure of income and find the median income for your age group. and add that figure to your estimated expenses to find your total opportunity cost for a year of college.
