Instructor’s Resource CD-ROM (0073363723)

Receive all of the supplements in an electronic format! The Instructor’s Manual, PowerPoint, Test Bank, and Instructor’s Manual to accompany the Cases are all together on one convenient CD. The interface provides instructors with a self-contained program that allows them to arrange the visual resources into their own presentations and add additional files as well.

  • Instructor’s Manual with Solutions: Revised to help the instructor integrate the graphs, tables, perspectives, transparencies, and problems into a lecture format. Each chapter opens with a brief overview and a review of key chapter concepts. The chapter is then outlined in an annotated format to be used as an in-class reference guide by the instructor. The manual, revised by Wendell Bragg of DeVry University, also includes detailed solutions to all of the problems, set in larger type font to facilitate their reproduction as transparencies for the classroom. Additional comprehensive problems and solutions are also included. The authors have completed the solutions manual to ensure consistency with the text.
  • PowerPoint Presentation: Contains lecture outlines and selected exhibits from the book in a four-color, electronic format that you can customize for your own lectures.
  • Test Bank: This includes 1,500 multiple-choice and true/false questions, with revisions made by Rachel Smith, University of Indianapolis, that correspond to the revisions in the 13 th edition. Also included are quiz sets and matching quizzes. Each question is labeled with learning objective to which it applies, level of difficulty, AACSB Knowledge Categories, and Bloom’s Taxonomy. The test bank is available in Word files and in McGraw-Hill's flexible electronic testing program EZ Test Online (www.eztestonline.com). EZ Test Online allows you to create tests or quizzes in this easy to use program! Instructors can select questions from multiple McGraw- Hill test banks or author their own, and then either print the test for paper distribution or give it online. This user-friendly program allows instructors to sort questions by format; edit existing questions or add new ones; and scramble questions for multiple versions of the same test. You can export your tests for use in WebCT, Blackboard, PageOut and Apple’s iQuiz. Sharing tests with colleagues, adjuncts, TAs is easy! Instant scoring and feedback is provided and EZ Test’s grade book is designed to easily export to your grade book.
  • Instructor’s Manual to Accompany Cases: This includes a brief synopsis of the purpose of each case from the Casebook, its relation to the text, and its level of complexity. Detailed solutions to the end-of-case questions are also provided. Two new cases are featured in this edition.

McGraw-Hill’s Homework Manager ® (code cardISBN 0073363715) A dynamic online supplement that allows instructors to spend less time grading and provides more flexibility with the problems assigned as homework and tests. McGraw-Hill’s Homework Manager is an exciting new package option developed for delivering, answering, and grading end-of-chapter problems and tests, and providing a limitless supply of self-graded practice for students. All of the book’s end-of-chapter problems are loaded into Homework Manager, and instructors can choose to assign the exact problems as stated in the book or algorithmic versions of them so each student has a unique set of variables for the problems. Instructors can create the assignments and control parameters such as allowing students to receive hints or creating a graded assignment or practice. The test bank is also available in Homework Manager, giving instructors the ability to use those questions for online tests. Both the problems and the tests are automatically graded and the results are stored in a private grade book. Detailed results let instructors see at a glance how each student does on an assignment or an individual problem—instructors can even see how many tries it took them to solve it. When packaged with a text, students receive a User’s Guide and an access code to register for Homework Manager.
