To access Outline Tutor, follow the below instructions.
WINDOWS
1. Download and unzip the  Outline Tutor for Windows

2. Double-click on the file named "Outline Tutor.exe". You MUST have the WinZip program to open the ZIP file. If you do not have this program it can be downloaded for free by simply visiting the WinZip Web site at <http://www.winzip.com>. After the ZIP file has been saved to your local drive, go to that file and, using your mouse, RIGHT CLICK on the ZIP file. Scroll down to the "Extract folder to C:/..." option. Save your file. 2. Double-click on the file named "Outline Tutor". In addition to the Outline Tutor, you have the option of creating an outline in Microsoft Word Document format. Click here to download the  Outline Template
