It is probably unlikely that even with more and more sophisticated technology we will be able to eliminate, in the foreseeable future, all repetitive, tedious, or simply boring jobs from the workplace. In that case, how could jobs like these be structured to make them more meaningful and valuable for the persons who have to do them?
