This section lists interest groups that can be reached over the Web - of course there are some missing, but at last count there were about 600 groups listed in 21 different categories. Some of the most famous interest groups are listed below for this chapter. Note that this is a selective list, not of the most important groups, and certainly not of the "best" or "correct" groups - that is a decision that we make ourselves as informed citizens.
