Go to www.sec.gov and click on the "Search for Company Filings" under "Filings and Forms (EDGAR)". Click on "Companies and Other Filers" and key in "Aeropostle" (don’t include the quotes) in the Company Name box. Key in "10-K" (do not use quotes) in the "Form Type" box to the right of the page and click "Retrieve Filings." Click on "Document 1" and review the Table of Contents. Next, read the first part of the 10-K that describes the business and its history.

Review the Table of Contents again until you see "Item 8 Financial Statements and Supplementary Data." Scroll down to the Financial Statements and answer the following questions:

1. Review Aeropostle’s Form 10 K and provide a brief history of this business.
2. What is Aeropostle’s fiscal year-end?
3. What were Aeropostle’s net sales for the most recent fiscal year? Did net sales increase or decrease from one year to the next?
4. What was Aeropostle’s net income for the most recent fiscal year? Did net income increase or decrease compared to the previous fiscal year for which information is available?
