Instructor’s Manual with Solutions —prepared by Kent Ragan, Missouri State University and Joe Smolira, Belmont University ; The first section contains a chapter outline and other lecture materials, including lecture tips, real world tips, ethics notes, suggested PowerPoint slides, new alternate end of part cases, and when appropriate, a video synopsis. Detailed solutions for all end of chapter problems appear in the second section. This section has been revised to provide instructors with more detailed, worked out solutions.
