• HIPAA law and the use of fax machines
• HIPAA law and the use of answering machines
• The advantages and disadvantages of an automated phone system
• The appropriate use of a cell phone while on the job

Ask your instructor how many references and citations you should minimally include in your research. Present your report to the class, using all available multimedia, including PowerPoint slides or an overhead projector if possible.
