Jennifer has been a medical assistant for a year. She works with one physician in a busy multi-specialty medical facility. She is very competent in her job and has a good working relationship with her physician based on mutual respect.
On one busy Monday morning, the physician orders injections and various procedures in three different exam rooms. Injections were ordered for two of the three patients. Jennifer is uncomfortable because she is unsure of what injections were ordered for each patient.
