Search for the workers’ compensation website for your state. If you prefer, you may try entering the URL for your state: http://www.state.oh.us where "oh" is the two-letter abbreviation for your state (in this example, Ohio), and then locate workers’ compensation information from there. What are your state’s requirements for workers’ compensation coverage? Try to locate a sample claim form for your state.
Research the Social Security Administration’s online publications that are located at http://www.ssa.gov/pubs.
