Go to On the Web: Web01-09 and read about Your Family's Health History. This assignment will ask you to create a family health history. You may need to consult with family members prior to completing this assignment as it will ask you about your family's health history. To complete this assignment, try out the My Family Health Portrait link by clicking the link. Next click on create a family history. Follow the simple instructions to complete your family history (it will ask about your family members and diseases or illnesses they may have such as heart disease, diabetes, and cancer). Once you have successfully completed your family health history, click on the go to my family link. Click on view report. Once you have completed this assignment, answer the following questions using the final report you have created.
