He teaches graduate and undergraduate courses in operations management, management science, quality concepts, and quality applications. Dr. Stevenson is the author of textbooks in management science, statistics, and production/operations management. His articles have appeared in Management Science, Decision Sciences, and Quality Progress. He also serves as a consultant to the New York State Regents External Degree program. Stevenson received a bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, an MBA, and a Ph.D. in production/operations management, from Syracuse University.
