Go to the Other Drugs Module on HealthQuest. Click on the Introduction and think about the drugs you knowingly or unknowingly encounter on a daily basis. Choose Assessments, then click on "Drugs: Are You At Risk?" As you take this assessment, consider the lifestyle you had before college and your lifestyle now. Have you encountered the situations described in the assessment? What do you think are some of the strongest factors that motivate people to abuse drugs? Do you have any friends who are driven by these factors? Are you driven by these factors? Do you believe men and women are equally affected by these factors?

Next, go to the Alcohol Module and under Wellness Activities choose "Exploration: Truth or Consequences". After taking the exploration to the conclusion, consider the decisions you made, why you made those decisions and what real-life consequences they would carry. Take a poll in class, around campus, or in your dormitory. How many people began drinking in high school, in middle school, or either? How many felt pressured by their peers to drink when they were first offered alcohol? How many feel that teenagers have the ability to be responsible drinkers? How many know a youth who was killed in a drunken-driving crash?
