Instructors Resource CD (0073364940) includes :

  • Instructor’s Manual : Prepared by Stephanie Bibb of Chicago State University, the IM contains chapter overview; learning objectives; notes for opening case; key terms; list of resources available; lecture enhancers; notes for the end-of-chapter materials, and video case teaching notes. In addition, a new section and labels have been added that provide guidance on how to use the materials in the book and teaching package to help meet AACSB standards.

  • Testbank: Prepared by Eileen Hogan of Kutztown University, has been thoroughly reviewed, revised and improved. There are about 90 questions per chapter including true-false, multiple-choice, & essay. Each question is tagged with the learning objective, the level of difficulty (corresponding to Bloom’s Taxonomy with an appropriate mix of questions for the various levels), AACSB standards, the correct answer, and a page reference to the text.

  • EZ Test Computerized Test Bank: EZ Test is a flexibleand easy-to-use electronic testing program. The program allows instructors to create tests from book specific items. It accommodates a wide range of question types and instructors may add their own questions. Multiple versions of the test can be created and any test can be exported for use with course management systems such as WebCT, BlackBoard or PageOut. This valuable guide includes information and material to help instructors successfully execute additional group exercises and the Manager’s Hot Seat into their classrooms. For each exercise, the manual includes learning objectives, unique PowerPoint slides to accompany the exercises, and comprehensive discussion questions to facilitate enhanced learning.
