Instructor’s Manual (IM): The IM supporting this text has been completely updated by Adrienne Hinds of Northern Virginia Community College, Annandale in order to save instructors time and support them in delivering the most effective course to their students. For each chapter, this manual provides chapter contents, overview, lecture outline with integrated PowerPoint, notes for opening case, notes for end-of-chapter materials, video case teaching notes, key terms with definitions as well as additional value adds such as additional critical thinking exercises, lecture enhancers, supplemental internet exercises, and more.
The test bank has been thoroughly revised in response to customer feedback by Eileen Hogan of Kutztown University. There are more than 100 questions per chapter, including true-false, multiple-choice, and essay, with particular expansion of scenario based M/C questions requiring critical thought and application. Each question is tagged for the level of difficulty (corresponding to Bloom’s taxonomy of educational objectives), AACSB standards, correct answer, page references and whether the question is used anywhere else such as the OLC. The AACSB tags allow instructors to sort questions by the various standards and create reports to help give assurance that they are including the recommended learning experiences in their curricula.
