Understanding Attitudes and Personality

Self Assessment Personality Profiles

Emotional Intelligence Test

Successful people have more than cognitive intelligence. They are also able to manage their emotions and the emotions of others around them. This web site provides one estimate of your emotional intelligence. There is no information on its accuracy, but the test is quite comprehensive (70 items). However, the results do not break out your score on the five dimensions discussed in the emotional intelligence literature.

Extraversion/Introversion Inventory

Here is another personality test to try out. Extroversion is a "Big Five" personality dimension that characterizes people who are outgoing, talkative, sociable, and assertive. Introversion characterizes people who are quiet, shy, and cautious.
