As you study this Website, identify the prominent people who comprise the current top management for this organization. What influence does this organization's leaders have over the employees? What sources of power would you imagine these leaders use? Differentiate between referent and reward power. In your opinion, how do you feel the leadership skills will assist these individuals to successfully manage the organization? Prepare a one-to-two page report to share your feelings with the class.
