Margaret Stewart

Margaret Stewart coordinates a Frontline Management program at the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology (RMIT) in Melbourne, and teaches supervisory skills and human resource management courses.

Before taking up teaching, she worked in the fields of industrial relations and human resource management for the government, employer and union sectors.

Her delivery and curriculum development experience includes programs for retail trainee managers, human resource programs for overseas delegations, online delivery and classroom teaching for young adults and mature-age students. She teaches at Masters, Diploma and Certificate levels.

She has a Masters in Educational Leadership & Management (RMIT), and Graduate Diplomas in Industrial Relations, Education, and Management.

Frank Heyes

Frank Heyes teaches employee relations at RMIT and Victoria University to students studying diploma level courses.

Frank has worked as an industrial officer for trade unions, as a consultant at The Australian Centre for Best Practice and for individual employers in a variety of industries in both the public and private sectors. His particular interests are industrial law and improvement in quality and productivity through employee involvement.

He works with a Sydney-based firm of employee relations consultants servicing a range of Victorian clients.
