All researchers in business and management education are cordially invited to submit manuscripts (in English), between 3,000 to 4,000 words, of unpublished papers to be considered for inclusion in the International Journal of Business and Management Education [IJBME]. The papers must address innovative methods of teaching and learning business and management (and related fields) at either tertiary level or in industry (service and manufacturing).

The International Journal of Organisational Behaviour (IJOB) is an electronic journal which publishes articles in fields of interest to people who research, teach and apply organisational behaviour. It includes articles on empirical research or theoretical articles about the disciplines of organisational behaviour as well as practitioner-related articles that have managers as an intended audience. Previous special editions featured leadership and learning in the new economy, diversity, debates on professional doctorates and DBAs and international HRM.

All researchers in Knowledge management are cordially invited to submit manuscripts (in English), between 3,000 to 4,000 words, of unpublished papers to be considered for inclusion in the International Journal of Organisational Behaviour [IJOB]. The papers must address perspectives or research on knowledge management such as organizational knowledge management strategies, - culture, -processes and –technology, b) designing measuring instruments that incorporate the multidimensional nature of knowledge management or c) research about the dimensions of knowledge management in private and public sector organizations.
