Case Studies
(See related pages)

By now, you have probably worked through one or more of the case studies that appear throughout the book. The case studies are a little more weighty than the chapter-end exercises; in addition, they integrate many of the topics included in the chapters in each part of the text to which they relate, although not exclusively. You will be required to undertake numerical-based questions and give your opinion based on your analysis of a situation. The questions do not necessarily have one 'right' answer. Each case study is therefore intended to give you an opportunity to apply the principles and techniques gained from the book, and to develop the analytical skills and judgement required to deal with real life business problems.

Practice makes perfect, so here we have provided a further three case studies.

Case Studies are provided here. Each one is available in two formats: either as a Word or Pdf document. Click on the relevant link below to open the file you require.
