Total Quality Management

Even better than knowing how to defend your firm in a product liability case is being able to prevent the lawsuit from arising in the first place. One concept, introduced in your management class, that may reduce the number of defective products is total quality management (TQM). TQM is a process by which all members of an organization function to achieve goals associated with producing a high-quality product.
