Asset Gallery— This new McGraw-Hill Management Site for instructors contains everything they need to successfully integrate McGraw-Hill technology and additional group activities into the classroom. It includes a menu of items they can use as teaching tools in class.  All of the Build Your Management Skills (self-assessments and Test Your Knowledge) exercises as well as the Hot Seat DVD segments have teaching notes included here, with additional PowerPoint slides to use in class.  In addition, group exercises are included with anything a professor would need to use for these in class exercises – handouts, figures, etc.  The asset gallery is organized into 25 topics including ethics, decision-making, change and leadership.  All of the actual exercises and assessments are included on the OLC for student access, and the Hot Seat DVD can be packaged with the book.  The PPT files are also included on the individual book OLCs (in the instructor center).

Instructor's Manual: Prepared by the lead author, Jason Colquitt, the manual includes "Try This!" teaching tips that promise to build student engagement. It also describes movie clips that go along with the OB on Screen feature, along with suggestions for using the clips in class. The manual supplies the answers to the exercises and wrap-around cases, while supplying two "bonus cases": the case from the last edition and a Businessweek case that can be read online by the students. Finally, the manual provides suggestions for what to incorporate from the Asset Gallery within each chapter.

Test Bank and EZ Test Online Test Bank: The test bank contains a variety of true/false, multiple choice and short and long essay questions as well as scenario-based questions, which are application based and use a situation described in a narrative, with 3-5 multiple-choice test questions based on the situation described in the narrative.  The test bank questions are aligned with Bloom's Taxonomy and AACSB guidelines and each questions is tagged according to its knowledge and skills areas.  Categories include: global, ethics and social responsibility, legal and other external environment, communication, diversity, group dynamic, individual dynamics, production and IT.  Designations aligning questions with learning objectives and features exist as well.
McGraw-Hill's EZ Test is a flexible and easy-to-use electronic testing program. The program allows instructors to create tests from book specific items. It accommodates a wide range of question types and instructors may add their own questions. Multiple versions of the test can be created and any test can be exported for use with course management systems such as WebCT, BlackBoard or any course management system. EZ Test Online is accessible to busy instructors everywhere and anywhere via the Web, and the program eliminates the need for them to install test software.  Utilizing EZ Test Online also allows instructors to create and deliver multiple-choice or true/false quiz questions using iQuiz for iPod.

PowerPoint:  Prepared by Liesl Wesson of Texas A&M University, the PowerPoint slides consist of two types of presentations—basic and premium to give instructors the flexibility to tailor their presentations to their class needs.  The Basic set follows in outline format the major topics and point of the chapter.  The Premium set build on the outline to include additional examples not found in the text; links to more information on the Web and a slide introducing the chapter video.

Organizational Behavior Video DVD (ISBN: 0073337285)
For instructors who want to incorporate more real world examples into the classroom, Organizational Behavior: Improving Performance and commitment in the Workplace offers this compilation video DVD, which features news clips on organizational behavior related topics from NBC, PBS and Business Week TV.  Videos are organized by topic and include such companies as: Disney Imagineering, 1154 Lil, Johnson & Johnson and Xerox.  Topics discussed include: outsourcing, work/life balance, layoffs and their psychological effects, discrimination and employees with passion.  Instructor notes can be found in the instructor center of the Web site at www.mhhe.com/colquitt2e.  Student notes and quizzes for each video can be found in the student center of the Web site.

The Manager's Hot Seat Videos Online www.mhhe.com/MHS: In today's workplace, managers are confronted daily with issues like ethics, diversity, working in teams, and the virtual workplace. The Manager's Hot Seat Online allows students to watch as 15 real managers apply their years of experience to confront these issues. Students assume the role of the manager as they watch the video and answer multiple choice questions that pop up forcing them to make decisions on the spot. They learn from the manager's mistakes and successes, and then do a report critiquing the manager's approach by defending their reasoning. Reports can be emailed or printed out for credit. These video segments are a powerful tool for your course that truly immerses your students in the learning experience. The Manager's Hot Seat Online is just an additional $10 when packaged with this text.  Or, if your students choose to purchase the Premium Content directly from the Online Learning Center, they automatically receive access to Manager's Hot Seat Online.
