Test Anxiety

A little nervousness before taking a test goes a long way in keeping you alert and stimulating your adrenaline to perform at your best. A lot of nervousness, on the other hand, can stymie thinking and prevent clear thinking just when you need it most. The following exercise tries to approach the problem in a different way. It is essentially a metaphor for letting go of worry and test anxiety. As you play with it, think about its ramifications.
