1

Mike makes delicious spaghetti sauce. First he chops an onion and two cloves of garlic. Then he puts two tablespoons of oil in a frying pan. He swirls the oil around to cover the surface of the pan. Then he heats it until it's hot. Next he puts the onion and garlic into the pan. He cooks them until they are brown. Then he adds a small can of tomato paste and a can of water. He stirs the mixture and then pours it into a pot. Then he puts in a large can of tomatoes. Finally he adds, salt, pepper and oregano and cooks the sauce on low heat for one hour.
