Chapter 1 Learning Objectives

Electronic mail, or email as it is most commonly referred to, is the subject of this chapter. Our goals are to acquaint new users with the fundamental principles of email, to reinforce these basics for intermediate users who have been working with email for a few years, and to point out a few subtleties to more experienced users.
