At the site http://www.infopeople.org/bkmk/select.html is a checklist that
researchers can use to evaluate Internet sources. The page also provides a list
of questions one can ask about the source of a document to determine its credibility. The site http://www.uwec.edu/Library/Guides/tencs.html gives the ten
C's you should ask when using Internet sources so as to determine the credibility
of the sources. Examples of the C's include credibility, copyright, and citation. The home page for the International Listening Association, which discusses
effective listening skills and techniques, can be found at http://www.listen.org/.
The site has great listening exercises, resources, and even a section called
"listening factoids.'' |
