What's New
New food composition tables based on data from the ESHA company.
These tables correlate with the NutritionCalc Plus dietary analysis software, now licensed to McGraw-Hill.
Food composition tables now better explain the process by which the nutrient values are established and entered into the tables. The limitations of the tables are now explained. Finally, students will be directed to web pages where food values can be found which are not contained in the food composition tables. With NutritionCalc Plus, students will be able to enter their own food and their corresponding nutrient values.
