RERUN
An acronym that lists all the elements needed to resolve a conflict through dialoguing*reflect, explain, reason, understand, and negotiate. RERUN is a holistic process, and, as such, it is not a series of steps that must always occur in the same order; but as the acronym suggests, the process can be repeated as often as necessary.
