Web pages use the same visual design principles as business documents and presentations. Visuals are perhaps even more important on a web page because the format, purpose, and audience of most web pages are different from those of other business documents. There are hundreds of sources on the Internet that provide useful ideas for designing web pages; these are just a few. After looking at some of these web page design sites, try designing your own web page. You can do this in Microsoft Word if you do not have access to another web page program.
