Write a story based on this description of the arraignment in Police Court.
     Henderson was arraigned in Police Court on Monday. Through his attorney, public defender Paul Cummings, Henderson pleaded not guilty to charges of first-degree murder and sexual assault. The arraignment lasted 15 minutes. Henderson did not speak. The presiding judge was Fred Waters. The case was assigned to Police Court Judge Dean Gardner for an Aug. 5 preliminary hearing. Henderson was ordered held without bond in county jail.
