PARTICIPATIVE MANAGEMENT (IE 13–3) AND ONLINE INTERNET EXERCISE 13–3

The objective of this exercise is to learn more about participative management by visiting a nonprofit website that has lots of information on broad-based participation programs.

  1. Go to the Foundation for Enterprise Development—http://www.fed.org


  2. Click "Online Magazine." Select an article and read it (your instructor may want a copy). You may select a current article or click back issues and find one there.


  3. Questions: (1) Who was the author and what was the title of the article? (2) What did you learn, in 50 words or so? (3) How can you use this information to increase performance? (Your instructor may require a typed copy.)
