1. Do an online search for Xerox Corporation.

2. Read through the history of the company and describe its current strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats (a SWOT analysis; see Chapter 7).

3. Find online one or more of the sources listed in the chapter opening Profile and summarize how former CEO Anne Mulcahy implemented Xerox's new strategy.

4. Describe Xerox's reasons for success.
