Margaret Horsfall
Margaret has had extensive teaching and industry experience, both in Australia and internationally. Most recently, she taught office skills at Holmesglen TAFE in Victoria for five years and attained her business degree in Office Administration at Monash University, Melbourne. Margaret has worked for many different businesses in Australia and cities overseas, as well as National Mutual Insurance, Melbourne, for six years as Administrative Co-ordinator. She also held teaching positions in high schools and colleges for many years teaching the office skills program. Margaret has now retired from teaching and moved to Tasmania.


Shirley Cairns
Shirley is currently teaching at the Moreton Institute of TAFE in Queensland as Coordinator of the Business Section and Principal Teacher. Her qualifications include a Diploma in Teaching/Commercial, Bachelor of Education, Postgraduate Diploma in business administration and Masters in Business Administration (MBA). Prior to teaching in TAFE, Shirley worked in the industry for twenty years, mostly in small business. She has also had experience in teaching Year 12 high school students studying accounting in the Senior College system.
