About the Author



Susan M. Sanderson is senior technical writer for Chestnut Hill Enterprises, Inc., and has developed successful products for McGraw-Hill for more than ten years. She has authored all Windows-based editions of Computers in the Medical Office. She has also written Patient Billing, Capstone Billing Simulation, and computer simulations for other programs. Susan has experience in working with instructors to site-test materials and has provided technical support to McGraw-Hill customers. Previously, Susan worked in IT Training and Support for a major Wall Street firm. A member of the Help Desk Institute, Susan has completed Help Desk Institute and HelpSTAR training programs. She is a graduate of Drew University, with further study at Columbia University.
