Notes- In this WebQuest activity your students will be exploring the plays, musicals, operas, and ballets that are taking place in Paris this week.
- You may wish to brainstorm with students keywords in French that will help direct them to French-language Web sites to complete this WebQuest. You may also wish to guide them to the home pages for La Comédie Française, l’Opéra Comique, le Théâtre du Châtelet, l’Opéra Nationale de Paris, and Pariscope.
Expansion - Have students discuss in groups the show they wrote about in Après avoir surfé. You may wish to encourage them to incorporate chapter vocabulary and structures as they compare and contrast their shows.
- Have students create posters for the show they wrote about in Après avoir surfé. Have them present their posters to the class and give a brief description of their show.
