You are thinking of starting your own businesses in the Los Angeles, CA area. Unfortunately, you have limited funds to work with in securing some office space for your venture. Knowing that you need a mortgage that takes into account past credit flaws, you use the Los Angeles Times to research rate options for a 15 year fixed rate with a one to two point system. While you are researching in the LA Times you also look at mortgage rates for the capitals of California's neighboring states. Use the Business Around the World Map to find the LA times and all the mortgage rates. (Hint: Look in the Real Estate Section, chose Mortgage Financing and look at the Latest Rates.)
