a. differentiate between classroom management and discipline.

b. identify ways to minimize classroom problems by thoughtfully establishing the physical and psychological environments.

c. decide on classroom rules and routines that are essential and learn how to establish them.

d. describe how to hold students accountable for their behavior in the classroom.

e. realize how to use reinforcement and rewards to help students learn self-control.

f. recognize when and how to use interventions appropriately when students misbehave.

g. explain how to reestablish a positive environment for learning after dealing with student misbehavior.
