Comparison Shopping

The next time you're in the kitchen or grocery store read and compare the information found on the 'nutritional facts' panels of two similar products, i.e., a rice cereal. Notice that the panels may not have the information presented in the same fashion. Also, be sure to note the serving size information and consider just how much is. Make your own 'nutritional panel' with parallel columns that lists your products point for point, i.e., total fat, saturated fat, cholesterol, sodium. How do they compare to one another? Knowing what you have learned, which product would be nutritionally better and why?
