Diction
(http://www.Sagepub.com/)

The Sage Publication Web site allows you to download a demonstration version of "Diction," a software program that allows users to determine the tone of a verbal message.  This program serves as a passage for five general features including the speaker's sense of certainty, degree of activity, optimistic or pessimistic attitude, use of specific, down-to-earth language, and similarity with the audience's values and communication style.
