Composing a Job Portfolio

You are a beginning your job interview process. You would like to find a management trainee program that will allow you to apply your experience as a department supervisor at Kohl's for five years. What types of things would you compose in a portfolio for this position?

1		What items placed in your portfolio would maximize your chances of being accepted into a management trainee program?
