Use the following information, which is from an Associated Press story, to write a summary lead that emphasizes when.
Martin Marietta has made an announcement concerning the launch of its Titan 3 rocket, which is to boost into orbit communications satellites for a Japanese company and the British Ministry of Defense.
The launch had been scheduled for tonight (Wednesday), but with rain falling throughout the day and with a forecast that stiff upper-level winds
would persist for several days, Martin Marietta decided to put off the launch for one week.
The rocket will be launched next Wednesday.
It was the fifth postponement of the launch this month. Three of the scrubs were caused by bad weather.
Liftoff is now scheduled for 7:24 p.m. one week from today.
